The firm’s professional indemnity insurer is Allied World Assurance Company (Europe) Limited, of 20 Fenchurch Street, 18th and 19th Floors, London EC3M 3BY.
The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the United States of America or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the United States of America or Canada.
Where the firm or its associates earn commission in respect of transactions we arrange for you, our fees otherwise payable by you will not be abated by such amounts.
We are regulated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales to provide certain credit-related services where these are complementary to or arise out of the professional services we are providing to you. Such services may include providing details for a third party to provide finance to pay our fees. If, during the provision of professional services to you, you need advice beyond what we are permitted to do, we may have to refer you to someone who is authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, as we are not.
Interest on client monies will be calculated using the prevailing rate applied by Bank of England.
The firm is not wholly owned and/or controlled by a single member.
The firm accepts settlement of fees by certain credit cards.
When dealing with HMRC, we will ensure that our quality control procedures match or enhance the suggestions in their Agent Toolkits.

We are not licensed or authorised for the reserved legal activity of non-contentious probate.
Consequently, any work we do for you on closely aligned activities, such as estate administration or inheritance tax advice, will not be covered by the ICAEW Probate Compensation Scheme and you will not have access to the Legal Ombudsman, nor will our advice be covered by legal professional privilege.
