About
Dean Statham
Dean Statham’s story began over 100 years ago, when Mr Dean launched accountancy firm, Dean & Son in Stafford. As the business grew, it was passed down to Mr Dean’s family members, including his son, and then his grandson, Walter – who retired in the early 1990’s.

In the mid-1940’s, Reginald Statham opened the doors to his own business venture, Statham & Co in Newcastle-under-Lyme. After a thriving forty years in business, Reginald retired by the early-1980’s, continuing as a business consultant for many years to come.

When the two businesses merged to form one partnership in the 1970’s, each office continued to trade as Dean & Son, and Statham & Co. In the late-1980’s, the trading name of both offices – as well as the partnership – changed to Dean Statham.

In 2003, the two offices separated and then in 2014 Dean Statham merged with Rostance Edwards. The business continues to trade as Dean Statham under the Rostance Edwards Group umbrella.
“We deal with all aspects of accountancy and taxation, so you can concentrate on what you are great at”
